For years now at the end of April we've all gathered on campus to celebrate the year that was. For those of us who have just entered college it's a time to celebrate completing the first steps in our college careers.

When you glanced at the title of this week's column, you were probably thinking: "Another column about how much gas has gone up?! Enough already!" Well to be clear from the start, the price tag that I speak of is what you find at the bottom of that neat little tuition bill you or your parents or your guardians receive in the mail anywhere from twice to twelve times a year, depending on your financial aid and so on.

Its slightly nutty, golden brown, and bubbly. But noine of that can convey the warm fuzzy feelings that I get from smelling it.

I stopped copy editing in December 2007, but I wanted to see this column through to the end of my undergraduate career, to continue to bring game reviews and gadget news to the Bentley campus.

The Falcon football team found themselves in an unfamiliar position coming into the 2007 season; they were coming off a mediocre 2006 season in which they posted a 6-5 recorded and posted a meager 14.4 points per game. Since the turn of the century, the Falcons have been more accustomed to putting up around 30 points and losing no more than three games in a season.

Ever think about the Do Not Call List and figure it was just a miracle gift from God? Well, it is a miracle, but certainly not a gift from God. Instead you can thank the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC is an organization that was created to protect consumers from fraudulent or deceptive claims that mislead consumers, and from harmful business practices that undermine the competitive process.
